These terms apply when you use the dockstreet app or website or buy from us. The seller is Vantage Sales, 27/3 Old Brij Puri, Parwana Road, Street No. 7, Delhi 110051, India, GSTIN 07DDAPM7423P1Z4.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Products and prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We try to show products, colours and sizes accurately, but slight differences in colour can occur on screens. Prices and availability can change without notice; the price at the time you place an order is the price you pay.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive an order number. We may cancel an order (and refund any payment in full) if an item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud.

Payment

All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not offer Cash on Delivery: To save unnecessary fuel and help protect the environment, we accept prepaid orders only, at the most affordable prices in the universe. Coupons are applied at checkout and can't be combined or exchanged for cash. IAMNEW brings every product in your bag to ₹299 on each of your first two orders (one account per phone number; products already priced lower stay as they are). Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more; otherwise a delivery charge of ₹49 applies.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app — for example by placing fake orders, interfering with our systems or copying our content and images.

Your gallery posts

You can post photos and short videos in the in-app Gallery if they follow our community guidelines. You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you confirm it is yours (or you have permission from everyone in it) and you allow us to show it in the app and on our dockstreet social media pages, with your first name, until you delete it. We review posts before they appear and may refuse or remove any post. Posts that break the guidelines can lead to your account being suspended.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction. Please contact us first — most problems can be sorted out quickly.
