Delete your account

For dockstreet app accounts

You can delete your account here, or in the app under Account → Delete account.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and mobile number
• All saved delivery addresses
• Your login — you won't be able to sign in again with this account

What we keep

Past orders and invoices are kept in anonymised form (no longer linked to your name, email or phone) for as long as Indian tax law requires, and then deleted. If you have an order that is still on its way, please wait until it is delivered or cancel it first.

Can't log in? Email muntazirmideli1986@gmail.com from the email address on your account and we'll delete it within 7 days.
