Shipping policy

• Where we deliver: across India, to pincodes served by our courier partners. Enter your pincode on a product page to check delivery.
• Prepaid only: To save unnecessary fuel and help protect the environment, we accept prepaid orders only, at the most affordable prices in the universe.
• Same-day delivery in Delhi NCR: for orders with 2 or more different products to Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and Faridabad, placed and paid before 2 PM (India time). We pack the order ourselves and send it with a bike delivery partner such as Porter or Rapido the same day, usually by 9 PM. Same-day delivery costs ₹49. If we can't deliver it the same day for reasons on our side, we refund the same-day fee.
• Dispatch: orders are usually packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery time: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. The app shows an estimated date where available.
• Charges: free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more; ₹49 below that.
• Couriers: we ship through trusted partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart and others via Shiprocket.
• Tracking: once shipped, you can track your order in the app under Orders.
• Failed delivery: if a parcel can't be delivered after attempts by the courier (wrong address, unreachable phone, refused), it is returned to us. Prepaid orders are then refunded minus the delivery charge.
